Using this service

Konbi CRM is used by Konbini Singapore to manage customer enquiries and conversations received through Meta messaging channels and, for authorized Workspace users, through the Konbi CRM Gmail add-on. By contacting our Page or connected Instagram account, or by using the add-on, you agree that we may process your messages as described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to send unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, harmful, or misleading content. We may stop responding to activity that violates applicable law, Meta policies, or these terms.

Availability and changes

Messaging availability depends on Meta, network providers, and our hosting services. We may update these terms when the service changes. The effective date above indicates the latest revision.
